This site was created to provide our residents with a convenient and easy way to stay informed, meet other residents and to get involved in the community in which they live.

The menu on the left will help you quickly and efficiently find information regarding the Antelope Ridge community, its HOA, its Board of Directors, important meetings, upcoming neighborhood events, contact information, newsletters, important documents and more!  Some features are only accessible to registered users, so please take a moment  to create an account for yourself ... it’s easy to register and gives you access to valuable community and HOA information.

Trash and Recycling pick-up will continue to be every week until February 2nd. On February 9th only trash will be collected (No recycling pick-up). On February 16th both trash and recycling will be collected.

Also the containers provided to us are not our property they belong to Waste Connections, so be sure to leave your 18-gallon recycling container on the curb on February 2nd regardless if you have recycling material or not.

Finally, the trash and recycling containers need to be placed in the road with the wheels against the curb for Waste Connections to use the automated pick-up system. The containers provided by Waste Connections are the containers that should be used. If you can’t get all your refuse in one container then you need to obtain an additional container that can be used with the automated pick-up system. If containers are not used then the drivers must stop, get out and pick-up by hand any refuse not in a container, thereby delaying all other collections and potentially increasing costs for service.


- ALL newspapers that are delivered to your home must be picked up by you.  Please DO NOT throw your newspapers in the street.

- Please remove snow on your sidewalks as soon as possible after a snow storm to prevent slip and falls!


Antelope Ridge is quite clearly a quaint and beautiful community that provides a great place for families of all ages to live and play.  Located in Castle Rock, CO, Antelope Ridge is a warm, friendly, family-oriented community with 150 homes. The Antelope Ridge community is within close proximity to both Denver and Colorado Springs, which are both major employment centers. Additionally, our community has convenient access to the I-25 freeway. With your home in our community, you can work in the hustle and bustle of the city if necessary, but come home to the relaxing, family feel of the Town of Castle Rock. We are also located within minutes of numerous well known and highly regarded restaurants and shopping centers.




Antelope Ridge is a covenant-controlled community, thus has a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community who are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The purpose of the Board of Directors is to administer the HOA Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s). The Board meets every month, and holds a neighborhood meeting every quarter, usually at the MedVed Dealership on Frontage Road.

Neighbors are highly encouraged to attend HOA meetings to not only remain informed about ongoing issues that face the community, but to get involved in building a closely-knit network of neighbors … we all know good neighbors are like family!

Notifications for these quarterly meetings will be emailed and announced in advance on the website. If you choose to receive mailed notifications, please contact TMMC Property Management. TMMC is a contracted property management company that assists the Board of Directors in their administration of the Association.
